Hopefully, you’re excited about this new branding adventure we’ll be embarking on together. It’s a big deal! Your biz will look fresh and new! It’s something to be excited about! 

One way to prepare for our Discovery Consultation meeting is to curate a Pinterest Board. The world of Pinterest can be so overwhelming and overstimulating. But on the other hand, it can be so helpful to do visual research to see what appeals to you and what doesn’t. The goal is to have between 5-10 pins per section. This gives a healthy breadth of your style and aesthetic preferences.

You can even go more outside the box in your pin collecting and think about photography styles, fonts, patterns, fashion, book covers, etc. It doesn’t have to be a collection of literal apples to apples of what we are doing together. And don’t worry- we will also be doing our own research and strategizing to make your brand aesthetically pleasing as well as intentional for your brand.

What do I add to my Board?

You shouldn’t just add logos you like, but also those you dislike. Pinterest has a great recommended feature after you’ve added some pins, and it will show you content based on what you’ve saved. It’s a great tool to build your board and sections. 

  • Logos you like
  • Logos you dislike (organize into its own section)
  • Color palettes
  • Layouts
  • Textures

Create a Board – When you create the Brand Board, be sure to make it public and share the link with us!
